Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 5 days of receiving the order.
We will happily accept returns of items that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct size depending on availability and within 5 days of order delivery.
If you are unhappy with the fit or the t-shirt is faulty, we will credit your original payment method after we get it back from you.
We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
We are unable accept returns of products bought under discount/sale.
Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable t-shirts with original tags in a secure and waterproof postal bag.
To start your return process, email us at email@example.com and we'll get the ball rolling. The delivery charges to be beared by customer for returns/refunds.
Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them.
We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
